Looe Community Academy Year 11 Results 2026

Today, we celebrate the achievements of a truly wonderful cohort of students who have worked hard, studied diligently and remained focused throughout the final year of their studies.
Their achievements and grades reflect the commitment, determination and effort that the overwhelming majority invested in their GCSE courses. They thoroughly deserve this success. Collectively and individually, they have achieved the best set of academic results Looe Community Academy has seen in the last four years.
These students have shown immense dedication and have epitomised our core values of respect, responsibility, resilience and kindness. They have demonstrated these qualities in the way they have worked alongside staff and supported one another throughout the past two years.
At Looe Community Academy, we do things the right way, with compassion, empathy and kindness. These results come from a place where we look beyond the data and headline figures. We see young people, each with their own unique strengths, talents and aspirations, taking their next steps with confidence and purpose. They leave us well prepared for the opportunities and challenges of the next stage of their education and for adulthood.
We are incredibly proud of every single one of them and all they have achieved.
Headteacher, Paul Boyes said: “I would also like to thank the parents, carers and families who have supported our students throughout their journey. My thanks go to our dedicated staff and, most importantly, to every member of our Year 11 cohort. Together, they have contributed to a fantastic set of results and have made our academy proud”.
